๐Ÿ”ฎ Crypto narratives to watch in 2023

from rags to riches to rags... to riches again

GM everyone. This is 2036, the crypto newsletter that pays you.

Today is Favorite Friday, where we share with you some of the resources we most enjoyed this week.

So if you're looking for some sweet content to dig into this weekend, this is your list...

#1: TwelveFold

You'll hear more about this on Monday, but Yuga Labs, the creator of the Bored Ape Yacht Club, is dropping a new NFT collection... on Bitcoin.

This is huge news for the space and definitely something we're keeping an eye on. The collection is generative art - but that probably won't even matter. I expect they'll make millions on this drop.

We'll give you all the deets on Monday, but in the meantime, you can check out their official website:

#2: King Balaji with the President of Palau

Here at 2036, royal denominations are reserved for exactly two people.

Our lanky Prince - Vitalik. And our intellectual King - Balaji Srinivasan.

Balaji was the initial inspiration for 2036. He's building a start-up city. And so are we (more details soon).

This week, Balaji sat down with the president of Palau, a tiny island in the Pacific and talked about how they're integrating technology, crypto, and their new digital nomad visas.

It's 100% worth watching.

Oh, and this is what Palau looks like:

Yes. See you there.

#3: A cool new crypto tool

Bitcoin NFTs are the new hot thing. But there is no popular marketplace to trade them yet.

Developers are scrambling to build the infrastructure around them. But in the meantime, here's a place you can track the floor price of some of the biggest collections:

#4: And finally, a couple of Tweets we found interesting:

And that's it for today, folks.

Next week we'll dive more into Ordinals, the bitcoin NFTs. If you want to get a headstart on the action, you can read our first newsletter on Ordinals right here:

We hope you have a fantastic weekend.

Paid tasks will resume Monday.
